Background
Born in Tokyo, Akihiro spent part of his childhood in Fujian Province, China. He passed the certified public accountant examination at age 20. While studying law at Keio University, he joined EY ShinNihon LLC and worked on financial statement audits and internal control audits for listed companies and financial institutions, as well as M&A due diligence.
After leaving EY ShinNihon in 2022, he founded the Aoi Group, comprising Aoi Plus Co., Ltd. and Aoi Plus Tax Corporation, and became its representative.

Drawing on his experience with listed-company and financial-institution audits, internal control audits, and M&A due diligence at a major audit firm, he supports clients in corporate taxation, reorganizations, and operational efficiency.
His childhood experience in China enables him to provide direct support in Chinese and handle cross-border matters for Chinese companies and Chinese-speaking executives.
